Manufacturing Facilities

Feed premixes

We have excellent manufacturing facility for various premixes like feed additive, feed supplement. We have GMP model ribbon blender with capacity of 500 liters and 1000 liters with the daily capacity of 6 MT for various packs like 50 g to 50 kg.

Granules

We have GMP model, pneumatic operated FBD (Fluid bed dryer) 60 kg capacity with 1500 kg granules production capacity per day with various mesh size.

Liquid

We have excellent liquid manufacturing facility with RO + UV water purification system (500 lit per hrs) with 300 liter and 1000 liter SS 316 tanks. Total liquid production capacity per day is 3000 to 4000 lit with various pack size as per customer requirement.
